Which of these 'Core Career Skills in 2030' do you want to level up on?

I recently read from a LinkedIn post that the #1 career regret people will have in 2030 is:
"I knew about AI early... but never learned to use it properly."' What about you? Which core career skills do you want to level up on? And how can we help each other learn? 😄

💫 I think, for me in the next few months, I want to master 'creative thinking'. I want to learn basic design skills (hard skill) and creative problem solving (essential skill). I often delegate design work to more talented people, but would be fun to do it myself - in case one day I have my own side hustle 😌
