Foresight Knowledge Cafe! Exploring the role of volunteering in facilitating the entry of youth into work.

Short Description:  According to the International Labour Organisation (ILO), around 72 million African youth are out of work, education, or training. What is the role of volunteering in facilitating school-to-work transition? Please join us to discuss:

  1. The significance of volunteering for employability and access to employment opportunities for young people
  2. Experiences in implementing or participating in volunteering activities
  3. Guidance for stakeholders is designing and implementing volunteering programmes
