Greetings to all! My name is Victoria Manya and I am delighted to participate in this forum.

I am pleased to announce that INCLUDE Knowledge Platform, the International Development Research Centre (IDRC), and the International Labour Organization (ILO) are co-organizing a side event at the 2023 ECOSOC YOUTH FORUM in New York. This event is titled Digital Skills for Inclusive and Decent Digital Economy in Africa and will take place on the 26th of April, 2023 between 1:00 pm -2:45 pm (EDT).
