Greetings leaders. My name is Palm Nyamukondiwa. It is an honor to be part of this great initiative connecting youths to global opportunities. As a Zimbabwean farmer and entrepreneur I am enthusiastic in getting insights on smart agriculture and ways in ways in which we can increase productivity as well as empowering other youths to participate in agriculture as well. Previously, there has been an over reliance on seasonal rainful in Southern African agriculture which is proving to be severely limiting to us farmers. As a result of climate change, the rains we receive are no longer as reliable and consistent as in the past hence we are facing serious rainful challenges. I am however optimistic of the future with the new methods of agriculture and being part of this global community can really go a long way in opening up such opportunities.
